[Investigating] Pharos is aware that some customers are experiencing intermittent and non-persistent user authentication issues when logging into Pharos Cloud. Users experiencing this issue may be told that they need to re-register—and those attempts to re-register may fail. In many cases, the users are able to authenticate without issue minutes later. If you are experiencing this issue, please open a support case at support.pharos.com. Updates will be posted as they become available.
