[Investigating] Pharos is aware that some customers are experiencing intermittent and non-persistent user authentication issues when logging into Pharos Cloud. Users experiencing this issue may be told that they need to re-register—and those attempts to re-register may fail. In many cases, the users are able to authenticate without issue minutes later.
