A Pharos Cloud infrastructure deployment is scheduled for Saturday, November 15 from 10.00-11.30 PM EST to update our cloud infrastructure. During most of this maintenance window, user printing and Administrator Portal access will remain available. However, a brief 3-minute disruption affecting Secure Release and the Administrator Portal is expected towards the end of the maintenance period. Once the maintenance is complete, all systems will be fully operational. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our services.
